cdnping.org（以下简称“我们”）由 cdnping 运营团队运营。本政策说明你使用 cdnping 时我们处理哪些信息、为什么处理以及你的权利。我们只收集提供服务所必需的信息。

1. Information We Collect

1.1 anonymous speed test data

When you run a speed test on the homepage and check “Anonymously contribute results to public statistics,” we receive: the time taken and success or failure for each test target; and the country/region, province, and carrier network number (ASN) that Cloudflare infers from the connection. WeDoes not store your IP address. To prevent abuse, we compute a hash of your IP using a salt that changes daily. It is used only for rate limiting and is deleted within 48 hours. If you uncheck this box, your speed test results will not leave your browser.

1.2 weekly report subscription

When you subscribe to the weekly report, we store your email address, subscription time, confirmation time, and the country/region the subscription came from. We send you the weekly report only after you click the link in the confirmation email.

1.3 business inquiries

When you submit the Edge inquiry form, we store the email, company, website, traffic estimate, and requirements you provide, and use them to contact you and provide a proposal.

1.4 tech log

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. As the infrastructure provider, Cloudflare processes necessary access logs to ensure security and operation. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Information

• To generate public aggregate statistics (containing no personally identifiable information);
• to send the weekly reports you subscribe to and necessary service notices;
• to respond to your business inquiries;
• to prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

3. Processing by Third Parties on Our Behalf

We use Cloudflare (hosting, database, and transactional email) and a dedicated email delivery provider (for sending the weekly report) to process the information above. They process data only on our instructions and for the purposes described above.

4. Retention Period

• Anonymous speed test data: up to 120 days;
• Subscription information: kept until you unsubscribe; after you unsubscribe, only your email address and unsubscribe status are retained, to ensure no further emails are sent to you, and you may also request complete deletion;
• Inquiry information: up to 24 months after our communication ends; you may request deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights

You can unsubscribe at any time with one click using the link at the bottom of every weekly report, or by writing to hello@cdnping.org Access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent. We will respond within 15 business days.

6. Minors

cdnping is intended for developers and businesses and is not directed at minors under the age of 14.

7. Changes

When this policy is updated, we will revise the effective date on this page; material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email.
