About cdnping Edge
How is cdnping Edge different from using Cloudflare directly?
The underlying network is Cloudflare. The difference is the service: we handle onboarding and migration, caching and origin strategy design, security rule configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting, with Chinese-language technical support and RMB billing. You don't have to figure out hundreds of settings yourself.
Can it speed up access from mainland China?
Cloudflare's standard network has no nodes inside mainland China. Mainland users typically connect through nearby nodes in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and elsewhere, with results varying by carrier. Domestic acceleration for mainland users requires the website to complete ICP filing and to be provided through a service provider holding the appropriate telecom business license. When we talk, we'll honestly explain the options that are feasible for your situation.
Do I need to change my code to get started?
Usually not. In most cases you only need to change your domain's DNS records or NS records. We first verify caching and origin rules on a test subdomain, then switch over production traffic once everything checks out.
How is pricing calculated?
Billed monthly. Cost depends on traffic volume, the features you need (such as WAF rules, image optimization, and load balancing), and support level. After you submit your request, we'll contact you within 1 business days with a clear quote and no hidden fees.
What content is supported?
Websites and static assets, software and installer downloads, APIs, on-demand audio and video files, and more. We do not onboard content that violates laws and regulations or Cloudflare's Terms of Service.
